Dyslexia Awareness Week is an annual event, aiming in further understanding and raising awareness for people with dyslexia. European Dyslexia Awareness Month is in October and European Dyslexia Awareness Week starts from the first Monday of October each year.
On 29th of October 2020, Ilfov Teaching Staff House organized a webinar with the title “Dyslexia does not discriminate”, in order to celebrate Dyslexia Awareness Week. Representatives from FSLI Romania and ABCD participated, in this webinar.
Cornelia Popa Stavri and Angela Ioan, experts in MAGICSENS project, presented the project, its aims, its results and the developed online training program for teachers. They answered at numerous questions from teachers, parents and civil society representatives, who participated in the webinar.
